5th of July Sandwich

This is probably the best sandwich I ever ate. A few factors were involved, number one is that my Mom made it, this sandwich was made with sliced charcoal smoked brisket from my previous blog. We make a “secret sauce” with mayonnaise and barbecue sauce, we also mixed sauerkraut with the cole slaw from the day before. The key was the bread very fresh demi baguette.
